Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable with an incredible view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Staff were very friendly - in particular the lady who gave me advice on what to do in the area during my stay, booked my massage and chatted with me in the evening. I think her name was Deb? The facilities were also stunning!

Negative: There could have been clearer instructions. One for breakfast where some people had things like eggs and omelettes cooked by the kitchen but it wasn’t clear that this was available and I only realised when I asked about what others were having on my second morning. I also think there could be clearer instructions with the use of the spa. I have never been to nude spa before and was not aware of the etiquette with things like whether towels are to be used to sit on (and which towels). I’m assuming others will be in the same position as me and would benefit from a sign perhaps.

Positive: Everything. The property is newly built / renovated and is very thoughtfully constructed. The attention to detail, the design and the artwork in the room, all very modern and despite that, have maintained the culture of the location. The breakfast is very good and the amenities are excellent. And additionally, the service of the hotel is exceptional. One of the best services i have experienced in my years of traveling. Highly recommended.

Positive: This hotel is exceptional in every way. It’s a spectacular building with so much attention to detail including soft lighting , beautiful furnishings and interesting art work. The staff are warm , efficient and extremely welcoming. Our room was spacious and had a magnificent view of the Matterhorn. It was close to town and the station and the hotel provided a free shuttle from the station in their gorgeous electric car.

Negative: Nothing. It was absolutely perfect.

Summary: If you want relaxed luxury in a magnificent environment then this is the place for you!
